Decided on a plan for setting back $6000/year in a CD at Cadence Bank for the next time the fence replacement comes around so we aren’t caught off guard. Plan to go set that up at the bank soon.
Discuss sending out the first reminder regarding the annual dues with plans to send another reminder in early January.
