Williamson Place Property Owners Association
Williamson Place at Rye Hill is a subdivision of 144 lots on the south side of Fort Smith, Arkansas with homes of approximately 1700 to 2400 square feet in size. The location is convenient to shopping and Interstate access. Residents in the subdivision have access to the Greenwood School District.
All properties in the subdivision are subject to legally-binding Covenants outlining acceptable property use and restrictions in the subdivision. Copies of the subdivision Covenants and By-Laws can be found under the “Documents” tab at the top of the page.
The subdivision is managed by an annually-elected Property Owners Association (POA) Board of Directors comprised of unpaid volunteers from the subdivision with the responsibility of maintaining the subdivision in accordance with the Covenants and equitably enforcing them for the safety and security of the residents and preservation of property values.
The Williamson Place POA Board of Directors meets monthly and welcomes communication from all subdivision residents. Don’t hesitate to email the Board with any topic you’d like to have them add to the agenda for the monthly meeting. There is a general meeting, typically in the fall, that’s open to all subdivision property owners.
