Please plan to join us for our annual Property Owners Association Meeting on October 26, 2023, at 6:30pm in the circle at the end of Dunston Dr. The annual meeting is where we elect the POA Board, inform you of what has been done in the previous year, and amend the bylaws if necessary. Your participation is important. Neighborhoods don’t stay nice and property values don’t stay high because people do nothing. When people do nothing, things begin to fall apart. The POA, the Covenants that govern our common commitments, and the POA Board all exist to keep our neighborhood beautiful and safe for years to come. For this to work, your participation is vital. Plan on joining us at the annual meeting!
